Individual Therapy

I am a client-centred therapist, meaning that I believe you are the expert of your own life and that you are capable of discovering the answers you are looking for in therapy. I provide warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental support to create a genuine and safe environment that encourages self-exploration and growth. No matter what you are dealing with right now, I believe you are capable of reaching your potential and finding balance, happiness, and meaning in your life.

Alternative Modalities

Immerse Wellness Centre

My office is located at Immerse Wellness Centre in Kingston, Ontario. Immerse offers alternative modalities to healing. As your therapist, I incorporate these modalities as a part of service delivery and utilize float therapy, as well as cold water therapy, into my holistic treatment approach. These treatment modalities are used to help my clients decrease anxiety, practice mindfulness, improve sleep, manage symptoms of post-traumatic stress, and produce an overall feeling of wellness.
